Lead our gemological research team and validate AI results against traditional methods. You'll work with rare gemstones and contribute to our machine learning training data.
- FGA or GIA Graduate Gemologist certification
- 8+ years experience in gemstone identification
- Experience with colored stones and diamond grading
- Knowledge of gem treatments and synthetics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Develop and train computer vision models for gemstone identification. Work with our gemologists to improve our AI algorithms and expand our gemstone database.
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field
- 3+ years experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks
- Experience with computer vision and image recognition
- Strong Python programming skills
- Knowledge of ML ops and deployment
Build and maintain our web platform and mobile apps. Work on both frontend and backend systems to deliver exceptional user experiences.
- 5+ years experience in web development
- Experience with React, Node.js, and TypeScript
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Firebase)
- Database design and optimization skills
- Experience with responsive design and mobile optimization
Help our users get the most from KMSGems Laboratory. Provide training, support, and gather feedback for product improvements.
- 3+ years in customer success or support roles
- Gemological knowledge preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with CRM systems
- Multilingual abilities a plus
Analyze gemstone data and improve our identification algorithms. Work with large datasets to extract meaningful patterns and insights.
- Master's or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years experience in data science
- Proficiency in Python and SQL
- Experience with statistical analysis and machine learning
- Strong communication skills for presenting findings
Develop and execute marketing strategies to reach jewelers, collectors, and gem enthusiasts worldwide. Create content and manage our online presence.
- 4+ years in digital marketing
- Experience with SEO, content marketing, and social media
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
- Interest in gemology a plus
