2. Description of Service

KMSGems provides AI-powered gemstone identification, specific gravity calculators, refractive index measurement, and educational content about gemology.

3. Accuracy of Results

Our AI scanner provides estimates with confidence scores (e.g., 95% match). Results are for informational purposes only and should not be sole basis for financial decisions. Professional laboratory certification recommended for high-value gems.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to: (a) provide accurate information, (b) not misuse the service, (c) not attempt to reverse-engineer our AI, (d) comply with all applicable laws.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, AI models, databases, and software are property of KMSGems Laboratory and protected by international copyright laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

KMSGems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our service without notice at any time.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
